Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas four.


Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and saut for a few minutes until finally soft and starting to consider on some colour. Add the garlic and cook for a more minute. Eliminate from the heat and depart to great.


Place the chicken in a big bowl and season with salt and pepper. Include the chopped bacon, oregano, zest, mustard, cream and breadcrumbs, followed by the cooled onion and garlic. Include the egg and stir every thing with each other extensively.

For the glaze, place all the substances into a saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Heat by way of gently and set aside.
